Manage the “pick-up-in-store” and “ship-from-store” functions from an easy-to-use online portal. EDGE StorePoint is a cloud-based solution that powers omnichannel fulfillment.

Based on inventory availability, orders are routed to the customer’s dedicated store location for store pick-up or sourced to the optimal location for store fulfillment based on configurable business rules. Store associates can log in to view available inventory and manage orders allocated to their specific store. Product images and details are conveniently displayed to help store associates quickly pick product for in-store pick-up or pick, pack and ship items for customer delivery.

It also functions as an “endless aisle,” where store associates can view, route and coordinate online order fulfillment. With StorePoint, it’s simple to generate invoices, shipping labels, packing slips and electronic shipping confirmations.
